Project Rock Advantage
For 10 years, Project Rock Advantage served as an individual assessment and fundraising planning process designed specially to develop and enhance participating Affiliate's fundraising efforts. Participating Affiliates worked intensively with the National Office and our representative from Community Counselling Services (CCS) for 6-months to conduct the assessment and develop a customized fundraising plan. The plan included weekly consultation, plan implementation, follow-up and reporting. Project Rock Advantage aimed to strengthen and diversify the Affiliates' funding streams and increase private funding from individuals, corporations, and foundations.
